These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by LPA Administrators (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and by accessing our website or using our services you agree that you are bound by these Terms; LPA Administrators provides administrative, bookkeeping, coordination and financial support services including invoicing, statement preparation, bookkeeping, arrears tracking, reporting, administrative documentation support, maintenance coordination and general business and property administration support; we do not act as estate agents or property practitioners under the Property Practitioners Act 2019 and we do not conduct tenant placement, lease negotiations, lease signing or hold client funds in trust; nothing in our services creates an agency, partnership or employment relationship between us and any client or third party and clients remain fully responsible for all legal agreements, lease contracts and property related decisions; clients agree to provide accurate information, remain responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, approve all documentation issued on their behalf and understand that all decisions remain their own; all fees are payable as agreed in writing or per invoice and late payments may result in suspension of services and pricing may be updated with prior notice; we shall not be liable for tenant disputes, non payment of rent, property damage, legal disputes between landlords and tenants or any decisions made by clients based on our administrative reports and all services are provided strictly on an administrative support basis; we maintain confidentiality of client information and will not share personal or financial data unless required by law or authorised by the client; we may coordinate third party services such as maintenance providers but we are not responsible for their performance, pricing or conduct and all third party agreements remain between the client and provider unless otherwise stated; all intellectual property including documents, systems and materials created by LPA Administrators remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing; we reserve the right to terminate services with reasonable notice or immediately in cases of non payment, abuse or unlawful activity and clients may terminate services in writing according to agreed terms; users agree not to misuse the website including hacking, copying content without permission or misrepresentation of services; clients acknowledge that LPA Administrators operates strictly as an administrative and bookkeeping support service and not as a registered property practitioner and clients remain responsible for ensuring that any external property arrangements comply with South African law; we may update these Terms from time to time and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes; for queries you may contact LPA Administrators via the details listed on our website.
